With the opening of a new group ritual today, the Irresistible Deluxe on Aug 30, I begin two weeks devoted to the subject of attraction magic. Reflecting on this, I just wrote this exclusive article – enjoy!
If there is something I wish people understood about attraction magic, is how easily you may be blocking your blessings, and actually, how just as easily you can unblock them. Here are some of the main examples:
· You block your desires when you become critical and controlling of the things that come to you, in their expectation, or in their presence.
Example: when you say things like “we'll see”, “that may or may not be/happen”, or “it's good BUT”, you are just turning things sour on your own volition.
Remedy: affirmations like “Things always turn out good for me”, “I am safe, protected, supplied for, and loved by the Universe”, and “ Everything in my life is constantly improving”.
Also, try to see yourself from outside. Have you ever met someone who is constantly complaining and devaluing things? Do you like their company? How do you feel after being with them for a while?
And one step further: how does it feel to be with someone who's uplifting, empowering, reassuring, and which is the distance between Present You and that person?
· You block your desires when you believe you don't deserve them.
Example: when you believe that everyone is luckier than you, that you never get what others have, you are refusing to appreciate the many ways in which life is blessing you already, and your own ability to bless yourself even further.
Remedy: affirmations like “I am capable of achieving anything I desire”, “I am open to receive blessings in multiple, unexpected, loving ways”, and “I am the spoiled child of a loving, Divine Parent”.
Powerlessness is the emotion that you must be mindful of, more than any other. Please notice that I say “be mindful of”, and not fight, because where you feel powerless, there is something there to pay attention to. You just can't fight emotions, welcome them, and let them speak!
And the truth is that you are not powerless at all, because you own your mind, and once you master this awareness, your power of attraction becomes endless. And everyone, absolutely everyone, can do that, therefore everyone can get everything they desire.
· You block your desires when you point your attention on lack.
Example: when you are constantly consuming media (both news AND entertainment) filled with negativity and fearmongering, when you are counting and recounting your past grievances and conflicts, when your surround yourself with people who keep you where you don't want to be, you are keeping yourself poor, sick, and a slave.
Remedy: affirmations like “I have everything I need, and more, all the time”. “I have no fear of lack, because my abundance comes directly from the endless supply of the Universe”, and “I am filled with gratitude and joy for all the good that surrounds me”.
Fear of scarcity is how you get things that you don't need sold to you. Fear aging, buy this. Fear others, buy this. Fear sickness, buy this. Fear war, buy this. See the pattern? Well, have you considered setting yourself free from all of that? Because the only path there is through your awareness, and its extraordinary abilities; and that begins with better choices.
